Rena Powhida grew up in South Glens Falls, bought her first house in Glens Falls with her husband Jeff, then moved back to South Glens Falls to raise her daughter. Having gone through the process of buying and selling single and multiple family houses numerous times with Legacy Nine’s broker/owner Kim Bullard, she knew when the opportunity arose to become a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson she was ready.
