22+ year Real Estate professional who started as a Salesperson to become a top producing agent to Associate/Managing Broker at locally owned All-American Properties Real Estate Co. for nearly two decades. Leading AAP at a peak of 35 agents Kimberly was awarded Manager of the Decade in 2018 all while raising a family. In 2019 the number one brand in the world Sotheby’s International Realty recruited Kimberly to be a part of their Lake George office and raise awareness of the brand in the Lake George region. Working for the luxury brand and recieving their Master Coaching certification elevated the level of service Kimberly knew she could offer her clients. As the pandemic shut down came to an end it was clear a step out on her own was the right path to take. Kimberly has leaned into the industry leading the Southern Adirondack Realtor Association Community Outreach Committee, becoming actively involved in the legislative efforts of Realtor Political Action Committee, Association President in 2019, earning not one but two Acknowledgement Coins from then NYSAR President Moses Seraum. Following that up with Realtor of the Year for SAR in 2020. Kimberly also utilized the downtime of 2020 to acquire (2) National Association of Realtors designations, E-Pro which focuses on real estate in the technology era and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) which refines pricing strategies. Kimberly is currently the Chairperson for Diversity Equity & Inclusion for SAR and NYSAR DEI Representative.
